New Year Package: Booking Confirmation Policy

- 50% advance is required at the time of booking.
- The customer receives a confirmation email within 1 hours of successful booking.
- Balance amount to be paid 15 days prior to the check in

Cancellation Policy

- If cancellations are made 20 days before 25% of total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made 7-15 days before 50% of total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellations are made within 0-7 days 100% of total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

Refund Policy

The applicable refund amount will be processed within 15 business days

B2B Policy :

Travel Agent (TAC)
- 0-5 rooms booking 15% TAC
- 6-10 rooms booking 20% TAC
- 11-20 rooms booking 25% TAC
- Above 20 rooms booking 30% TAC
